Data we store

• Download counters: each file download increments a counter in our local database.
• Contact, feedback, and bug reports: we store the form content you submit (such as name, email, subject, message, and extra bug-report details like app version, Windows version, and architecture), plus technical metadata like IP address and user-agent for abuse prevention and support triage.
• Donation submissions: when you submit a donation form, we store the donation record (amount, currency, provider, and optional name/comment). For abuse triage, we store a short hashed representation of IP, not raw IP, in donation records.

Payments

Payments are completed on third-party providers (such as PayPal and Stripe). We store related status and verification metadata required to reconcile donations in the admin panel.

Analytics and cookies

If you accept the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4 to understand page usage and traffic sources. If you decline, analytics cookies are not set and Google Analytics is not loaded.

How we use data

We use stored data to respond to messages, investigate bug reports, moderate donations, prevent abuse, and improve the site and releases.
